Designed by Ben Herzog and Kevin Dumais, this inspiring loft apartment is situated in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood.

This loft had generous spaces to begin with but it needed warming up with color and texture. Kevin Dumais, the interior designer, deftly provided these elements. We reconfigured the layout, the HVAC system and designed much of the millwork including the undulating walnut banquette bench that conceals a TV.
